a new home

pseudo master's broken the 100 day tradition by booking the place which he fell in love with.

http://www.everspringproperty.com.sg/location.htm

he fell in love with:
- the laksa stalls round the corner
- the peranakan food down the street
- the what-have-you-foods one can get at rustic katong
- near the east so he can retire and go for morning walks at east coast (?!)
- pool at home so he ain't have to pay for public pools and drink multiple kinds of pee anymore (not that no one's gonna pee in this pool but lesser)
- food, food and more food

she (mom) fell in love with:
- a smaller, quieter and cosier home to live thru old age
- a smaller home with less floor space to clean
- multiple places to ta-pow food home (she hates cooking)

and his little girl devil fell in love with:
- the gym downstairs
- the pool deck for tanning
- the awesome jacuzzi for harsh days
- finally an opportunity to learn swimming
- near her sweetie so cab fares are gonna be cheaper in the future
- can finally invite her buds over for gd ole BBQ and booze chill out
- the fact that she can have two bedrooms and a central bath all to herself. FUCKING AWESOME.

only problem?

how the fuck do we fit the entire rosewood furniture collection (dining table lar, four huge display cupboards lar, sofa and living table set lar) from the current much larger home into a much smaller modernist chic home? i can only imagine a horrific sight. the dining and 2 display cupboards can stay but the sofa and living table set has to go...definite. I WANT A SOFT CUSHY SOFA DAMMIT and i'll pay for it.

Gosh ... You, Ernest, Randy, Ming.
I'm sure the lads will welcome you to the B.E.R.M gang of Katong.

With love from the only Centraller left.
