the one where she held her bated breath
for once, she's finally learnt how to rein in that bad temper of hers when dealing wtih #$%F at work, be it suppliers or clients.she:
- DID NOT send the nasty mail out, it's currently regressing in her mailbox
- DID NOT pick up the phone and blast XX
- DID NOT forward XX's rude mails to his boss
and damn, she's proud of herself. she's finally mastered the tao of calmness and mellowness in this industry. WOW.
