the one with the fucked up e-filing
how she hates badly managed sites. an excellent example being the local IRAS e-filing site. first she had a problem with passwords, and now she suffers from multiple page errors when trying to access and complete the damn files. what is with the stupid site? and it's not just her, over the past two weeks she overheard several colleagues blasting the iras helpdesk for not being able to "help". they too had password and download error problems. WHY THE FUCK DO YOU ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO E-FILE WHEN THE SITE IS SO FUCKED UP? of cos, there are the extremely lucky ones who manage to efile without any problems (pseudo master). the help desk people were rude and condesending cos they probably think its our fault for doing last minute work but honestly who bothers to fucking efile two months ago when the deadline is end april? lesson learnt? she despises anything to do with the government, even its people. in local terms they are "one kind wun". where's the courteous service they so encourage in the private sectors?bee wrote this at 10:32 AM
