the one with ridiculous strata levy
OMG. decided to do a switch and search for perth homes instead and i finally grasped what alex was trying to tell me bout weeks ago. perth homes have this idiotic strata levy thingy which cuts a deep hole in the pocket every month. geez... alex, my decision is firmed up, i'm so moving to melbourne now...*sigh*bee wrote this at 9:31 AM
