when people go out of line

nothing pisses me off more than to realise a colleague bitching bout me when i was away on sick leave last friday. apparently i didn't make it clear to her it was an "mc" and she assumed i took a day off just because it pleased me. then she bitched about doing me not helping her with her work and that i had the cheek to ask her for updates if the agency's supposed management meeting is still on. what's so difficult about that? considering she's always asked me to let the receptionist know when she's on bloody medical leave. just cos you had a bad day (again) doesn't mean everyone in the agency has to take your shit (again as usual).

if you're in dire need of help, open your mouth and ask. what's wrong with asking for help? we all do that because we've never succumbed to the idiotic level of assuming people having ESP. and yes, we're suppose to cover each other by answering calls when one is out of the office but that's about it as far as our job scopes and responsibilities go. we're more than glad to help out as a team but with your rude and selfish attitudes where you bark at anyone for no good reason, it's pretty obvious why four pairs of free hands are not helping you out here.

Since she's so anal-retentive, once that whoopee cushion sticks to that puckered arse of hers...
