the body shop

bummer. was about to leave for gym when she realised she's left the bag of toiletries and makeup back home. guess it's meant to be cos the stomach problem's been at it AGAIN now.

was real bad last night, the wind was creating little tornadoes in her stomach causing a bad rumble of grand marnier and oysters. this chronic indigestion (wind, gas, low stomach acidity) can supposedly be corrected by eating slowly and chewing her food thoroughly, taking lactase enzymes before consuming milk products (lattes), seeing a doctor to ensure symptoms are not related to some medical problem (ulcers and shit) and consuming the right stuff. which brings her to greater depression cos she now has to avoid gas inflating foods like beans, corn, red wine, beer and even wheat; all of which she loves. to make matters even worse, in order to reduce the amount of unnecessary air consumed, she has to avoid chewing gum, hard candy and smoking.

alternative medicine like amritdhara herbal tabs, an ayurvedic herbal preparation that's apparently effective in relieving excess flatulence, stomach gas, stomach pains and abdominal bloating, plus it reduces acidity in the stomach. worth looking into for sure.

she'll be seeing a doctor next week if the problem persists (damn long considering its been an on-off basis since she was a baby). she's worried bout it morphing into some fucking awful problem like human intestinal parasite worms ala the swelling of veins in calf issue last year which freaked her out upon hearing its a suspected case of DVT (deep vein thrombosis).

question of the day: why worry so much about your job hunt when health is more important?

answer of the day: cos i need the money if my health's in the pits, where does money come from if i don't have a job? from the tree? from the sky? from you?
