internal calamities

it's so frustrating dealing with a team of clients who don't "talk to each other". it's madness how we can have MASSIVE email chains flooding your inbox on ONE item which can be clarified within 30 seconds face to face or over the phone. and the most funny thing...why can't you ask your colleague sitting opposite you for instant replies instead of emailing it? if your objective of mailing was to "document" you doing your job, why not clarify the queries in person and send a follow up email? and so the agency lady got tired of this tedious ping pong fluff and decided to step in and CALL each of you to explain the situation. honestly, its not a suit's job to manage internal client communications or whathaveyou politics but since she's twiddling her thumbs to the 15 day exit countdown, might as well do them a favour.

on a similar note, seems like the internal agency team is not communicating very well either. she was pulled into organising a meeting at the eleventh hour this morning for a luncheon at 12 today. long story. bloody annoying.
