of twist of fates
it's amazing how fates intertwine and change when we least expect it.a boss becomes future client, client becomes future colleague, bitchy colleague turns out most reliable and friendly (amazing), bluemoon drink mates become colleagues, ex colleague becomes new colleague.
she's amused and worried at the change of dynamics now. amused cos the current flat structure would give her great leeway to shine against one other ambitious competitor. worried cos the person who hired her has now an even stronger upper hand as The Client. it's a sticky situation where you can somewhat predict the shit that's gonna happen yet am not 100% sure and would like to hang round for some action. some agency people make great clients when they move over cos they totally understand the business. and some agency people make horrific clients cos they think they know the business hence demanding unrealistic deliveries.
