of wishy washy bee
feeling lost.With three people of similar sounding names here, she’s kinda lost her namesake too.
Being a typically expressive and loud person, she’s finding it difficult fitting into a “structured” environment. Perhaps it’s the nature of the account which requires people to be more fastidious? To be honest, it’s not that bad and particularly good for freshies looking for a great agency to start out. Nobody awfully nasty and they’ve great employee benefits and of cos, the kick ass coffee machine.
she thought the primary cause of her leaving previously was due to unsupportive top management and lack of proper guidance (cos there's only so much middle management can do haha). she's come to realise maybe that's not. perhaps she was sick of being a suit after almost six years and didn't realise the "sian" signs well enough to pick that opportunity (of a lifetime) up when it dropped into her lap.
Such pity.
Her regret lies not with her leaving. Rather, the regret from not knowing what she wanted MOST at that point in time.
*slaps herself*
bet all of you have heard this same story over and over.
oh. she just needed to whine and get things off her chest each time she sees a @#$!20pp job sitting on her desk.
