of life lately
how the weekend flew by.her days are packed like sardines these days. not sure what caused the increase in her activities but she reckons it's the new home (where she's now busy terrorising the other half), attending farewell parties (sniffles for their dear celestine who's relocating to shanghai for work this sat), trying to clear her work plate as fast as possible (which doesn't seem to happen STRANGELY), and as of last saturday, effectively run a wedding on 7th october.
the latter kinda freaked her out a little cos she's not that close to the couple and yet it's remarkable how they gave her and the other half such immense trust to run the most important day of their lives. *phew* she's a time nazi so if things do go as planned, it shouldn't really be much of a worry. it certainly helps that the groom is in military and understands the concept of time management. brilliant. first time she'll be witnessing a sword ceremony at a wedding, so it's gonna be quite cool.
trying to psych herself up for the impending ORD mood but it's not happening, given how the 2mm client's constantly driving them up the wall. honestly, who the heck gives a shit if your headline is split into three lines instead of two when the proposition and product offering is not that attractive in the first place? she missed working with savvy people who believe in "not sweating the small stuff cos it's the not small things that will bring in the money."
now that's a smart client.
