about idiot hawkers
had lunch at some duck place (opposite bugis junction, below digipost) last saturday with sonja where she wanted to slap some annoying 30 something hawker.the duckstore "uncle" had the gall to call her "xiao mei mei" not once but three fucking times LOUDLY. she and the teenage girl (in front) exchanged looks at each other, each wondering who's the "meimei" uncle was referring to. so you can imagine the teenager's surprise when the idiot hawker was actually addressing soon to be twenty eight ms bee instead of the teen.
